Indie games and apps, ranked by the people who actually use them.

Free to browse, free to list. Upvotes, reviews and comments decide the order. The formula is public, and no amount of money moves a row on this board.

Where to put your indie game or app for free

Shipped something, and looking for somewhere to put it that does not want a fee, a cut, or an exclusivity clause? This is that. Anyone can submit, whether it is your first release or your tenth.

Free, and it stays free

No listing fee, no commission, no paid tier that outranks you. We take nothing from what you make, because there is nothing to take a cut of.

A page that persists

Not a feed post that scrolls away by tomorrow. You get a real URL with your screenshots, your links, and your reviews on it, indexed, crawlable, and still there next year.

Ranked on merit only

The formula is published and the inputs are on your listing page. You move up by making something people upvote and review.

A person reads every submission

Not an automated queue that swallows it. If it is genuinely usable and honest about what it costs, it gets a page and starts on zero like everything else.

How a listing earns its place

An upvote is 10 points

One per person per listing, no account needed, and you can take it back.

A review is 12 points

Plus a rating bonus of up to 100, weighted by how many reviews stand behind it.

A comment is 4 points

Questions, tips, and complaints all count. Nothing else does, there is no paid tier.

How the directory works

What is Valeri?
Valeri is a directory of indie games and apps where the ranking is decided by the people using them. Every listing carries a live score built from upvotes, reviews, and comments, and the catalogue is ordered by it.
How is a score calculated?
An upvote is worth 10 points, a review 12, and a comment 4. On top of that a listing earns a rating bonus of up to 100 points, based on its average star rating and weighted by how many reviews back it up. That is the whole formula.
Do I need an account to vote or review?
No. The first time you upvote, review, or comment you get an anonymous identity in the background. It is what stops one person voting twice, and it is all we keep. No email, no password, no profile.
Who can submit a game or an app?
Any developer with an account, for free, with no cut taken and no listing fee. A real person reviews every submission, and anything published starts on zero points like everything else.
Does it cost anything to list a game or app?
Listing is free: no fee, no commission on anything you sell, and no charge to be ranked. You can optionally buy a featured slot of 7, 14, or 30 days in the labelled band above the leaderboard, which also skips the review queue. It buys visibility, not position.
Does paying move me up the leaderboard?
No. Paid slots live in their own band above the board, marked as paid placement. The formula reads upvotes, reviews and comments. There is no term in it for money, and the board is sorted by score alone.
Do you take a cut of my revenue?
No. We do not process your payments, host your builds, or sit between you and your users. Your store and download links point straight at you. The only money we take is a flat one-off fee if you choose to buy a featured slot, never a percentage of yours.
What if it is my first release, or I am one person?
That is most of the board. No minimum download count, no studio requirement, no review-score gate. A first release starts on zero points next to everything else.
Is this only for games?
No. Games and apps are both welcome and are ranked on their own boards as well as together. Anything you can install and actually use belongs here.
