About Lock It: Calculator Vault
Most of us hand our phone to someone a few times a week: a coworker wants to see a photo, a friend needs to look something up, a roommate borrows it for a call. Lock It: Calculator Vault gives you one place on that phone that stays yours.
On the surface it is a normal calculator, and it works like one. Type your own secret equation, something like 12+7×3, and press =. Your vault opens. Anyone else who opens the app just gets a calculator.
Inside the vault you can keep photos and videos (imported or taken with the in-vault camera), private notes, passwords, and 2FA keys with codes that refresh every 30 seconds. Vault items are sealed with AES-256 on your phone. Encrypted Cloud lets you send files up to 1 GB that are sealed for the person you send them to.
There is also private messaging and live 1:1 video and voice calling, but only with people you add by invite key or QR code, so it stays a short list you control.
Your equation is stored only as a salted hash. We can't see it, and we can't recover it if you forget it. Wrong guesses trigger a delay and show up in a break-in log, and fingerprint or face unlock is optional where your phone supports it. A local vault works without an account; Messages, calls and cloud need a Google or email sign-in.
Lock It is free with ads. Premium Pro ($4.99/month) removes ads and adds weekly call time, and Offline Vault ($9.99 once) is a local-only vault with no ads.
