About NOCLIP
NOCLIP is a Backrooms game for Android that I've been making on my own as a passion project.
Every level starts quiet. The lights are on, nothing is chasing you, and you can wander around, find the exit and get a feel for the layout. Then you take the key. The power cuts out, the exit opens, and something wakes up and starts hunting you, so the place you were just calmly exploring turns into a route you have to remember by flashlight.
You can leave tags on the walls, there are fading footprints, and a small floor-by-floor map helps when you get turned around. The screen edge goes red as it gets close.
There are 100 levels, each its own place: offices, a hotel, a cinema, the Poolrooms, a cathedral and a lot of stranger ones further in. Layouts are generated, so they shift around.
It's free, plays offline and has no ads or account. Every level unlocks by playing; there's an optional one-time purchase if you'd rather unlock them all at once.
Note: some older text on the Play Store page still mentions an exit button. The current game uses a floating key.
